Services with Wellness 50 & 80 Memberships may be gifted or shared with another person during active month.

However, services with Essential Memberships may not be shared or gifted. The contract may be transferred to another person prior to contract termination.

Unused Membership Services may be rolled to the next month, becoming Rollover Services. Rollover Services will remain active for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Any unused member services or rollover services will expire within 30 days of submitting your termination notice.
