Massage (25 Min)

Quickly relieve body pain and tension, request a scalp massage, or tend to throbbing feet after a day of hard work during this mini session. Targeted pressure and stretching will help ease tense areas. A massage chair or massage table may be used.

Focus Massage (50 Min)

Great for those with limited time or tension in specific areas. Unlike a full body massage, this service allows your therapist to focus solely on areas in need.

Soothing Massage (80 Min)

Banish stress and enjoy a fresh start. This service is designed to relax muscles, improve circulation and range of motion, and calm the nervous system.

Therapeutic Massage (80 Min)

Release chronic patterns of tension and pain. Deeper pressure, slower massage strokes and cupping are utilized to facilitate flow of qi and blood.

Prenatal Massage (50/80 Min)

Available starting in 2nd trimester. Prenatal massage therapy addresses different needs through varying techniques, including Swedish Massage and is performed in a side lying position. Research shows prenatal massage therapy can help reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health. The Serasana Temple oil used during all massages will not be applied to the body during any prenatal massages.
