Prenatal Massage
(50/80 Min)

Available starting in 2nd trimester. Performed in a side lying position and available for all stages of pregnancy except during first trimester with certain conditions. May help reduce anxiety and depression, relieve muscle and joint pains and improve labor outcomes and newborn health.

Initial Private Acupuncture
(80 Min)

If it's your first acupuncture with us, or it's been more than 12 months, this session is for you. Includes a 20 min consultation with an acupuncturist to review medical history, check vital signs, discuss goals, develop a treatment plan, and is followed by a private acupuncture session.

(50 Min)

This comprehensive service begins with a brief update on progress and your priority for the session, followed by insertion of tiny sterile needles along the acupuncture meridians.

Known to be effective for neurological, musculo-skeletal, gynecological, digestive, respiratory, emotional and other conditions.

Other therapies can be added to your acupuncture session, such as cupping, and gua sha to enhance a 50 minute session.

Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture
(80 Min)

Increase collagen, tighten, brighten, and moisturize your skin while simultaneously treating underlying factors of aging. For optimal results, suggested treatment is 12 sessions done 1-2 times weekly. Maintenance sessions can prolong results for 5-10 years.

Note: effects of cosmetic fillers within the last 2 months may be negated by this service.

Gua Sha
(50 Min)

An ancient press and stroke technique used throughout Asia for centuries to improve circulation. It addresses stagnant energy, inflammation, chronic pain, and promotes healing. Generally performed on the back, neck, arms and legs.

Note: may intentionally create red marks on the skin and slight tenderness that can take a few days to dissipate.

Cups provide suction and negative pressure to loosen muscles and fascia, encourage blood flow and sedate the nervous system. Used to relieve back and neck pain, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism and even cellulite.

Tuina Bodywork
(50 Min)

A traditional method of Chinese massage which is done by an acupuncturist. Tuina goes beyond the muscles to work with the body on a deeper, more energetic level to improve circulation and enhance disease resistance.

Detox Wrap
(50 Min)

Remove toxins and draw out impurities with our Detox Wrap. Your therapist will start with cleansing hot towels, followed by dry brushing to remove dead skin layers. After the application of a grapefruit detox lotion, you'll be wrapped and kept warm. While you're resting, you'll have the option of a scalp or foot massage. Your service will end with a Sencha green tea.

An energy healing practice originating in Japan for stress reduction and relaxation. Therapists place their hands in a series of positions slightly above the body to balance energy and health. Reiki is based on the idea that if one's life force (or energy) is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress.
